Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management, classification, and transitional services to inmates/residents in a secure institutional setting. You will participate in intake, conduct direct casework for health and social needs, and prepare detailed reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating programming and resources for social development and transition, and acting as the Unit Manager's point of contact when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in case management preferred; substitution allowed for up to two years in a criminal justice field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications required.
• A valid driver's license required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for health needs, social involvement, and community life.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition planning.
• Serve as point of contact in absence of the Unit Manager.
