Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management, classification, and transitional services to inmates/residents within an institutional setting.

The role involves intake, direct casework for social involvement and health needs, and coordinating programs for transition or release. A Bachelor's degree is required; experience in case management is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in case management preferred; criminal justice background acceptable.
• Must communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake by collecting and organizing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports; develop case presentations for assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programs, resources, and services for social development and transition or release.
• Serve as point of contact in absence of the Unit Manager when applicable.
