Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and apply problem solving to complex issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software applications preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caseload to ensure program requirements are met.
• Evaluate programming progress and participate in resident progress meetings.
• Conduct assessments of residents.
• Ensure accountability via calls, onsite checks, and documentation verification.
• Review resident financial obligations and behavior; determine disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic and physical files with all pertinent information.
