Thomas J Henry Law is actively seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to join our team in Texas. The role will manage a docket of about 50 cases, coordinating with a dedicated case manager to investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical damages for pending files.

You will handle client communications, sign-ups, and after-hours calls, ensuring timely updates and documentation. A Texas-licensed JD with 0–3 years PI experience and strong writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• JD licensure in Texas with good standing.
• 0–3 years in personal injury is preferred.
• Strong writing ability and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Intake function and client sign-ups, including after-hours calls.
• Investigate facts, secure reports, and manage case load (~50 cases).
• Communicate with clients and adjusters; prepare status letters monthly.
• Coordinate with management and adverse parties to maximize value.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal obligations.
