Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney in San Antonio, TX. You will manage a docket of about 50 cases, investigate evidence, develop medical and triage assigned cases, and communicate with clients and adjusters. You will prepare monthly status reports and support property damage claim handling.

The role requires a JD, Texas license in good standing, and 0–3 years of personal injury experience. Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus) are valued.

Qualifications

• JD; licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years of personal injury experience acceptable.
• Strong commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop commercial cases.
• Accept and evaluate incoming calls from potential new clients.
• Secure accident reports and property damage photos.
• Obtain witness statements and perform investigations.
• Prepare and document demands for case settlements.
• Manage clients during the case development intake process.
• Prepare and submit case reviews per firm policy.
