Qualifications

• At least two years of full-time or equivalent experience in social work or related fields.
• Ability to communicate effectively and listen actively.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute two years of education for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and help complete eligibility forms.
• Evaluate documents for initial and ongoing eligibility.
• Request information and verify immigrant status when needed.
• Reconcile case data with external sources to verify eligibility.
• Answer inquiries and explain eligibility rules to stakeholders.
