Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic in Ashland, WI is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual, family, couples, or group counseling in clinic and school settings. The role includes diagnosing and treating patients, developing therapy plans, coordinating with physicians, and documenting in the EMR.

In-training licenses are encouraged to apply as salary is based on experience. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in counseling and Wisconsin licenses (LPC, LCSW, LMFT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus a Master Degree in counseling required.
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or In-Training licenses (LPC-IT, LMFT-IT, and APSW) required in Wisconsin.
• Experience with behavioral health therapy and telehealth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel individuals, families, couples or groups to develop and implement therapy plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions in clinic and via telehealth as appropriate.
• Document visits accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Collaborate with medical staff on treatment plans and referrals.
• Participate in behavioral health quality improvement programs and PPE protocols.
