Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to assess, diagnose and treat patients using individual, family, couples and group counseling in a clinic setting. You will plan and document therapeutic care, coordinate with medical staff and provide telehealth sessions when appropriate.

The role requires a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in counseling, and Wisconsin LPC/LCSW/LMFT or in-training licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree plus a Master Degree in counseling required.
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or In-Training licenses (LPC-IT, LMFT-IT, APSW) required in Wisconsin.
• Experience delivering individual, family, couples or group counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients using individual, family, couples and/or group counseling.
• Develop and implement therapeutic plans; document visits in EMR accurately.
• Provide therapy via clinic and telehealth as needed; refer to additional services.
