Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Columbus, OH seeks a Behavioral Health Intake Specialist LPCC/LISW for full-time or part-time hours, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or later as needed. The role offers a salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus a monthly incentive and benefits.

The team provides care to children, adolescents, adults, the aging population and specialty populations in varied settings. Ideal candidates are licensed LPCC/LISW or equivalent with a Master’s in social work or counseling,

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S or IMFT.
• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling or marriage and family therapy.
• Medicare-eligible to provide intake and assessment services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight.
• Intake assessments, conduct behavioral health intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Team resource support within a regional BHI team for SNF/LTC settings.
• Support Value-Based Care initiatives and serve as a clinical lead.
• Collaborate across disciplines to shape a growing behavioral health program.
