Responsibilities include care planning, client education, coordinating with family and care teams, and connecting clients with community resources. Licensure in Louisiana as LPC/LMFT/LCSW is required, with ongoing CEU obligations.

Qualificações

• Licensed in Louisiana as LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
• Active 20 hours/year CEU compliance.
• Strong communication with clients, families, peers.

• Handle client phone calls and follow-ups.
