Job summary

Rosecrance, Inc. in Crystal Lake, IL seeks dedicated behavioral health professionals to provide mental health rehabilitation services for clients aged 6 and up.

The CST delivers case management, counseling, documentation, and crisis support to reduce hospitalizations and improve community functioning in a safe environment. Responsibilities include individual, family and group counseling, as well as coordinating care across community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum two years’ experience in mental health.
• Must have CRSS
• MHP designation experience/education
• Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Self-Starter with ability to work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the CST to deliver mental health services and case management.
• Provide individual, group and family counseling.
• Maintain client service records per regulations and agency policy.
• Coordinate services with community resources and conduct outreach.
• Deliver workshops and trainings to clients and families.
• Commit to Rosecrance safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
