Rosecrance Dakota Center in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking dedicated professionals to provide mental health rehabilitation services to adults and families, aiming to reduce hospitalizations and enhance community functioning. The CST delivers case management, crisis intervention, counseling, and documentation in a safe, therapeutic setting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience in mental health and CRSS; strong writing, organization, and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with minimum two years’ experience in mental health.
• Must have CRSS.
• Experience with MHP designation.
• Adequate written skills to complete documentation on time.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in individual, family and group counseling and case management.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Work hours as prescribed; additional hours as needed.
• Motivate and problem-solve with staff on clinical practices.
• Be self-motivated and handle complex client needs.
• Adapt communication to client and family.
• Complete all necessary documentation on time.
• Undertake primary case management for designated clients.
• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling.
• Maintain client service records per regulations.
• Coordinate services from community resources.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in care.
• Present workshops and trainings to clients and staff.
• Be prepared for court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients.
• Participate in clinical team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality per Code of Conduct.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be a role model for guest relations.
• Assume other related responsibilities as delegated.
