The Stepping Stones Group is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students in Clovis, NM. This role focuses on delivering targeted supports in a school setting to help students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and therapists. Eligible candidates have NM EA certification, 40-hour training (or 6 months ABA experience), and availability Monday–Friday 7:45am–3:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NM EA certification required.
• 40-hour behavioral training or 6 months ABA experience.
• 1 year of experience with students in a public school.
