Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. provides community, work, and home-based services to adults with special needs. We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Specialist to join our team to develop positive behavior support plans.

You will observe participants, conduct FBAs, train staff and families, and complete data collection and reporting to support progress and annual planning. Must have a Master’s degree in Psychology/Social Work/Education or ABA/Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License, 2+

Qualifications

2+ years experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other IDD.
Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA or PA Behavior Specialist License.
Complete state training for FBA or willingness to complete during application process.
Valid Driver's License with vehicle insurance for services.
Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

Observe participants in various settings and collaborate with family and team to develop a positive behavior support plan.
Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) through functional assessments.
Conduct training related to implementation of behavior support plans with staff, participants and families.
Complete required paperwork including data collection, progress reports and annual planning materials.
