AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Site Director for our after-school program in Aubrey, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage staff and schedules, and ensure safe, engaging activities for students.

You will oversee curriculum implementation, maintain licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families and school staff while representing AlphaBEST professionally at events and in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have BA/BS or CDA in education.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet staffing needs.
• Background check as required by state childcare licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment aligned with licensing and AlphaBEST standards.
• Prioritize child safety in all aspects of the program.
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Track site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor site team, provide coaching and ensure training.
• Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events.
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership.

Pay: Starting at $20.50 an hour, based on education

Hours: 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends! Part-time)

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll lead a meaningful after‑school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

In this role, you will:

• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success

Requirements:

• Must have a BA/BS or CDA in education
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• At least 3 years of experience in a school‑age program or teaching setting preferred
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards
