Job summary

MyCHN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, assess needs, and deliver ABA services for children with autism within a nonprofit FQHC serving Greater Houston. You will supervise staff, develop individualized treatment plans, and support families through education and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in special education, behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience working with children with autism in clinical, home, or community settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, including discrete trial training and natural environment teaching.
• Strong communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation for travel between service locations as needed.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and oversee implementation of intervention strategies.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent, caregiver, and interdisciplinary training on behavior support strategies.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor patient progress through data collection and ongoing analysis.
• Provide consultation and maintain communication with families, providers, and community partners.
• Deliver supervision and support to staff implementing behavior plans.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and session notes.
