Job summary

MyCHN seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children with autism and their families. You will provide clinical leadership, assessments, and therapeutic services while supporting staff development and high-quality care delivery.

Join a mission-driven nonprofit FQHC serving Greater Houston. You will supervise BTs and RBTs, coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain documentation and ongoing education to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of BCBA experience.
• Experience with autism in clinical, home, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ABA therapy and oversee implementation of intervention strategies.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Provide parent, caregiver, and interdisciplinary training on behavior support strategies.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor patient progress through data collection and ongoing analysis.
• Deliver supervision and support to staff implementing behavior plans.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and session notes.
• Stay current with research and maintain continuing education requirements.

What You'll Do & Bring

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide clinical leadership, assessment, and therapeutic services while supporting staff development and high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and oversee implementation of intervention strategies
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide parent, caregiver, and interdisciplinary training on behavior support strategies
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Monitor patient progress through data collection and ongoing analysis
• Provide consultation and maintain communication with families, providers, and community partners
• Deliver supervision and support to staff implementing behavior plans
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and session notes
• Stay current with research and maintain continuing education requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned within scope

What You Bring:

• Active and unrestricted BCBA certification
• Master's degree in special education, behavior analysis, or related field preferred
• Minimum two years of experience as a BCBA (or approved equivalent experience)
• Experience working with children with autism in clinical, home, or community settings
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, including discrete trial training and natural environment teaching
• Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
• Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Reliable transportation for travel between service locations as needed
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred:

• Experience supervising behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
• Experience working in integrated care or community health settings
