Job summary

Behavioral Intervention for Autism in Davenport, FL seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team providing high-quality ABA therapy to children and families in our community. The BCBA will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and collaborate with families and schools while supervising junior staff and BCBA candidates.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility.
Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD, ages 2-21, in home, school, and clinic settings.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and professionals to provide support and training.
Supervise and mentor junior therapists and BCBA candidates.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
