Job summary

Behavioral Intervention for Autism in Davenport, FL seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and teens with ASD across home, school, and clinic settings. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to meet each client’s needs.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data to guide decisions, collaborate with families and educators, supervise junior therapists, and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Experience with ASD
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD, ages 2-21, in home, school, and clinic settings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support and training.
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and BCBA candidates.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
