Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB credentials.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Supervising and mentoring Behavior Analysts, RBTs, and students.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
