Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead client programs, supervise staff, and uphold high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, mentor team members, and collaborate with families across settings to ensure meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, ongoing supervision, and professional development while allowing flexible scheduling and a supportive work culture for BCBAs and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs
• Create a PBS-based approach to meet individual and family needs

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
