Protective Life is seeking an Annuity Case Management Specialist to manage annuity transactions from submission to completion. You will coordinate communication across internal teams and external partners, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in annuity, retirement, or finance.
• Production environment: minimum 6 months meeting production goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to master multiple systems and adapt to changing environments.
• Maintain productivity and quality above standards while ensuring consistent communication.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming requests including financial requests, address changes, EFT changes and beneficiary changes.
• Review follow-ups and resolve issues to complete processing.
• Verify data accuracy and approve release of payments within authority level.
• Process payment returns, cancels, and stop payments.
• Provide outstanding customer service to telephone and written inquiries from brokers, annuitants, and agencies.
• Suggest changes to administration and payment systems and participate in testing and training.
