Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a full-time, non-exempt fundraising professional to lead annual fund strategies for the Southern New England Division. The role includes daily donor database oversight, gift processing, and acknowledgments.

You will analyze direct marketing results, assist with mailings, and coordinate with staff, vendors, and the Finance Department to ensure a seamless fundraising program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Three years fundraising experience with a proven success record.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with donor tracking and database software; Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze direct marketing results and work with vendors to optimize outcomes.
• Assist in setting goals and preparing annual fund mailings materials.
• Attend annual fund strategy meetings.
• Coordinate donors who give via credit card with Finance.
• Oversee donor database operations and reporting.
• Ensure direct mail program aligns with division fundraising priorities.
