Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast – Paso Robles, CA is seeking a Youth Program Leader (Part-Time), Monday - Friday, 20-28 hours per week, $18.50–$21.50 per hour. You will help create a safe, welcoming after-school environment for groups of up to 20 children.

No formal degree is required; the role emphasizes reliability, positivity, and the ability to lead activities, assist with homework, and collaborate with a team. Training provided to open doors to opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Support coworkers in keeping programs organized and running smoothly.
• Be the positive adult who notices when a child needs encouragement.
