Qualifications

• LIHTC knowledge and HOME requirements understanding is preferred.
• Experience supervising staff in housing/portfolio management.
• Strong communication with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the property management of the affordable housing communities.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to LIHTC, AZ laws, and Fair Housing.
• Input into annual operating budgets for all communities.
• Manage One Site software and train staff.
• Represent the organization during audits to ensure policy adherence.
• Conduct bi‑weekly staffing with Property Managers.
• Cover duties when managers are out or vacant.
• Be available 24/7 for emergencies.
