Mission First Housing Group is seeking a Development Manager in the Philadelphia/DC area to lead planning, financing, and execution of affordable housing projects. You will support all phases from concept to operations, reporting to the Senior VP of Real Estate Development.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of affordable housing development experience.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate affordable housing predevelopment process from feasibility through design and permitting with Senior Development Managers.
• Perform financial and feasibility analyses for development scenarios and advise on financing structures.
• Coordinate with project team (architect, engineers, attorneys, consultants, contractor).
• Respond to RFPs and prepare applications for project funding and subsidies; submit documents to lenders.
• Manage financing process from application to closing, including due diligence and documentation.
• Prepare status reports to funders and closeout reports for property/asset management.
• Support asset management through lease-up and occupancy transition; coordinate predevelopment costs tracking and reporting.
• Prepare reports for internal/external stakeholders and coordinate across Mission First lines of business.
