Responsibilities

• Manage assigned immigration caseload from intake to filing submissions to USCIS.
• Prepare and file FOIA requests and background checks as needed.
• Conduct detailed file reviews and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients at biometrics appointments, USCIS interviews, and EOIR hearings.
