Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program (APRN or PA).
• Licensed in North Carolina as APRN/PA; board certification if required; and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history, perform physical exams, and develop differential diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans including evidence-based medications.
• Educate patients and families, collaborate with clinicians, and promote continuity of care.
• Lead and participate in teaching, rounds, and quality improvement activities.
• Document thoroughly to support accurate billing and patient records.
