Qualifications

• Must have completed educational program in occupational therapy and hold OT license.
• Current license from state of practice. BLS certification required.
• Ability to become proficient with computer software used in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional abilities and determine necessary interventions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and educate patient/family.
• Document according to department standards and regulatory agencies.
