Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience is required, and all positions start part time, making it an accessible entry point for students and professionals in education or related fields.

You will work as part of a clinical team, recording session data, supporting independence, and engaging families to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
