As part of our clinical team, you will support independence and positive behavior, record session data, and collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, carrying out skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
