ABA 360 is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will work under a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and support families in home or community settings.

No prior experience is required, making this an excellent entry point into the field of psychology and special education, with flexible part-time hours and meaningful impact on lives.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.
• Ability to work in clients' homes or community-based locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
