ABA 360 seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. No prior experience is required, and many roles start part time, offering flexible hours and practical field exposure.

Encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course, you will join a supportive clinical team focused on helping children with autism reach their potential and families feel confident in progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor essential for interacting with clients and families.
• Willingness to learn and commit to at least a 6-month role.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.
• All positions start off part-time; opportunity to grow in ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
• Coordinate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
