Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Savannah, GA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team. You will work 1-1 with children aged 2-15 under BCBA supervision, implementing behavioral plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor progress of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area, including activities like standing, lifting up to 25+ pounds, running, and squatting.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
