Job summary

New Dawn ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home or clinic settings in St. Louis, MO. You will work 1:1 with clients and collaborate with a BCBA to implement personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA therapist, or RBT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided).
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team.
