Job summary

New Dawn ABA in St. Louis, MO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in 1:1 ABA therapy, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and paid training. Work is in client homes under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and current credentialing in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data to track progress with training provided.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Collaborate with BCBA and therapy team.
