Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children across home, school, and community settings, collecting data and supporting skill development in communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), valid driver license, and experience with ABA. RBT certification is a plus. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans as designed and directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Utilize ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in preparation of progress reports and attend team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Receive regular feedback and supervision from BCBA to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure consistency across settings.
• Provide support and training to family members and caregivers as needed.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
