Job summary

Sunrise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with clients in homes, schools, and community settings, delivering therapy, collecting progress data, and supporting families to generalize skills across environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervision, ongoing training, and commitment to high-quality care for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Utilize ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Monitor and report changes to the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in progress reports and attend team meetings.
