Job summary

Sunrise ABA invites qualified candidates to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA, delivering one-on-one therapy across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and collaboration with families to ensure consistent skills development. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education, and a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Passion for working with children and helping them flourish.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring, team‑oriented culture.
• Commitment to reliable transportation and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to the BCBA.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and attending team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Receive regular feedback and supervision from BCBA to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with families and team members to generalize skills across settings.
• Provide training to family members and caregivers as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
