Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide evidence-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings, implementing treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a passion for helping children, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required. RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• RBT certification a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience with ABA or children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Monitor and report changes to the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in progress reports and team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Collaborate with families and team members to generalize skills across settings.
