Job summary

A family-owned ABA therapy agency is looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join their team in Whiteville, NC. The ideal candidates will work one-on-one with clients and implement ABA treatment plans while providing individualized support. Qualifications

• Compassionate about supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans consistently under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
