Job summary
A family-owned ABA therapy agency is looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join their team in Whiteville, NC. The ideal candidates will work one-on-one with clients and implement ABA treatment plans while providing individualized support. Qualifications
Compassionate about supporting individuals with developmental needs.
Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
Willingness to complete RBT certification within 90 days if required.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy in various settings as directed by the BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans consistently under BCBA supervision.
Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
