Qualifications

• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including lifting and movement.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
