Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Fairfield, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support clients with autism through ABA programs. You’ll work in diverse settings, implementing plans, collecting data, and tracking progress under supervision.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; 1 year experience preferred but not required. A Driver’s License, fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid, and immunization records are required or

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM and Saturdays highly preferable.
• Certifications: Driver’s License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, First Aid certification & Immunization records.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using data collection methods.
• Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering collaboration.
• Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.
