Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Soledad, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. The role offers $25.00–$28.00 per hour with day shifts, Monday through Friday 3 PM–8 PM and Saturdays 9 AM–5 PM.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll implement ABA programs, track progress, collaborate with families, and collect data to ensure treatment effectiveness. RBT certification is preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree completed.
  • Driver's License, Vehicle, and Car Insurance.
  • Bilingual (Preferred, but not required).
  • RBT Certification (Preferred, but not required).
  • Be 18+ Years of Age.
  • Have Access to Vaccine Records.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress.
