Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to implement ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll deliver one-on-one instruction, collect data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role supports families across home, school, and community settings, offers ongoing training, and a supportive team focused on ethical practice and client well-being.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing communication, social, and self-care skills.
• Foster a positive environment to keep clients engaged and motivated.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to adapt strategies across settings.
• Maintain open communication with families and colleagues about progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional training to enhance ABA expertise.
