Job summary

ABA Insight, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver center-based ABA therapy for children with autism in the Lansing area. Starting pay is $19.00/hour with room to increase based on experience. Work Mon-Fri, 8-4pm, with a minimum of 10 hours required.

Role involves direct one-on-one interventions, data collection, and collaboration with families and the treatment team under a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and TB test.
• Ability to complete online RBT training modules and CPR.
• Willingness to undertake company training and required funding trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA treatment to children with autism in center-based Lansing area.
• Implement treatment plans and collect data (ABC, frequency, duration, etc.).
• Support family and treatment team with progress reports and training.
• Maintain clean, safe therapy environment and adhere to ethics.
• Drive within 30-mile radius for home/community/school sessions as needed.
