Job summary

ABA Insight in Ypsilanti, MI, seeks Behavior Technicians to provide center-based and community ABA therapy. This hourly role starts at $19/hour with Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm shifts. A 12-hour minimum is requested, and the center is located at 304 Harriet St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197.

Training is provided for those new to ABA. You will work one-on-one with children/adolescents with autism, using ABA-based interventions under a Licensed Behavior Analyst, to build communication, social skills and adaptive

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Background check and TB test required.
• Online RBT modules, CPR and Fingerprinting must be completed on start.
• Willingness to complete ongoing trainings and in-services.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to drive within a 30-mile radius for treatment.

Responsibilities

• Establish therapeutic rapport to promote learning.
• Follow treatment plan and seek consultation when needed.
• Promote replacement communication and social skills.
• Collect and record behavior data (A-B-C, frequency, duration).
• Collaborate with family and treatment team for continuity of care.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
