Job summary

ABA 360 is recruiting for part-time ABA technician roles in New Jersey, delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience is required, and you will work under a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress.

These positions offer same-day pay and flexible hours, making them suitable for students or those seeking afternoon/evening work while contributing to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or encouraged to pursue RBT training.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.
• All positions start off part time.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team implementing skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
