Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Physical Therapy License required.
• For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Direct Access certification within one year of hire for BS/MS degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
