• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation modalities and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
• Initiate and maintain collaborative interactions with internal/external teams, patients, and families to improve outcomes.
